On-Line Policies


Tool Tech Construction Supply, Inc. does not share any customer data or information outside of the company except where necessary to ship products to you, and to complete credit card transactions. Additionally, confidential information, such as your credit card, is deleted from our system once your transaction with us is complete.

Email addresses are protected and not shared with any outside agency. We occasionally do send out emails to our customers in order to notify you of special sales and promotions that we are running. You may always opt out of these at any time by clicking Reply and type "Remove" in the subject line and you will be removed from our list.


If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible.  There may be restocking fees on special orders or other items if we become overstocked by your cancellation.


The shipping charges shown on the website are estimates.  There may be a variance if the product you are ordering is especially large or has a large girth (according to shipping company's rates), or if you live in a rural area (according to shipping company). You will be notified if additional charges are needed for shipping. You are responsible for verifying that the package you are signing for does not show external damage and that you are signing for the number of pieces sent.  If there is damage to the package, sign for the package as damaged.  If there is internal freight damage, notify us within seven working days of receipt and we will work with you and the freight company to resolve the situation.

All Shipping charges "ground or express" are non-refundable.


All returns must be within 30 days of purchase; accompanied by your receipt; in new undamaged packaging; in new unused condition, subject to our discretion.  If shipping return please notify us in advance, and all return shipments will be prepaid by customer.

No Returns On: special order items, electronic items, and electrical parts.

All returns are subject to a Restock Fee.


If you have a tool that needs repair, send it to us prepaid indicating the problem you are having and all your contact information.  For warranty evaluation, send tool prepaid with a copy of your receipt and indicate the problem you are having and all your contact information.  Since we are authorized for many brands we sell we would most likely be able to do the repairs in house.  Larger equipment may have different procedures, so please call us first if you need service on larger equipment.


Many of the items that we sell come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly.  We are an authorized service center for most major brands we sell.  If warranty repair is needed per manufacturer warranty, an evaluation must be done to determine weather it is covered or not, and the customer is responsible for getting the tool to the service center.
